As part of the 19th Türkiye Investment Conference, we held an Industry and High Technology Roundtable Meeting hosted by Concordia, with the participation of H.E. M. Fatih Kacır, Minister of Industry and Technology; DEİK President Nail Olpak; DEİK/Türkiye–U.S. Business Council (TAİK) Chairman Murat Özyeğin; Concordia Executive Director Hanne Dalmut; and senior representatives of leading American companies.
The meeting focused on Türkiye’s potential to become a global hub for high-tech production and innovation. Discussions covered Türkiye’s advances in semiconductors and mobility, as well as its competitive advantages in strategic areas including green energy, advanced manufacturing, healthy living, digital technologies, communications, and space.
Participants also explored opportunities to establish complementary investments across different links of the value chain and discussed the HIT30 Investment Incentive Program as an important framework for supporting high-technology investments in Türkiye.
In line with our $100 billion bilateral trade target between Türkiye and the United States, we aim to further increase bilateral trade and expand mutual investments, while creating new opportunities for cooperation in high-technology industries and innovation.
